alphaQuantumMolecule.Technology

The quantum entanglement of Artificial Intelligence, the atomic world and the technology

I’m an accomplished Scientific Software Developer for more than 30 years, and every day I am up to new challenge of solving new problems, really hard problems!
Want to help me solve one? Or maybe you have one yourself, ask me and we can chat about it.

Unlike many scientists, I design and develop scientific and commercial grade software using industry’s best common practices and engineering principles. I take pride in that, because I owe it to a solid background in Computer Science, last years  I get eight copyright in scientific software applied to  physical oceanography.
I count with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the UABC, Master of Science from UABC, and currently on the UABC doctoral program in Computer Science doing work in “computer vision over transmission electron microscopy images”.

I count with important entrepreneurial experience and have some important work at the startup stage of companies such that I can adapt quickly and react favorably with the company’s constant changes. Thus, quick refocus of efforts to align with corporate objectives is a skill I have mastered!

I have a good combination of curiosity for the complex and plain common sense when attacking problems and business.

My doctoral work is on Artificial Intelligence and Computational Biology, and my interests in research gravitate toward subjects like molecular dynamics simulation and special interest in quantum computing.

When I build software, before I use artificial intelligence, I use much natural intelligence first; and plain common sense. I develop in a myriad of languages and platforms like C, C++, Python, R, Fortran, Julia, MatLab among others for Linux and  Windows.

Team player and a good attitude to get things done!

I am also a Founding Member of AI MEXICO, an initiative for artificial intelligence: aimexico.org.

Who I Am

I’m a professional Computer Scientist from Ensenada, Baja California, dedicating my life to exploring, researching and developing computer software in scientific applications. I have several software developments under copyright and the last 15 years working in programming different scientific instruments in physical oceanography, furthermore processing high volumes of satellite data and time series. Nowadays i am a PhD student in artificial intelligence applied to computational biology and very interested in atomistic molecular dynamics simulation.

alphaQuantumMolecule.Technology is an enterprise with more than 30 years of experience in computing, technology, innovation, research and development.

My Research

Unlocking Life’s Mysteries

Smart Watch

Data Mining & Deep Learning

We still have only a very limited understanding of Data Mining & Machine Learning. Answering questions about this is essential for understanding the mechanistic role it plays on other scientific processes, and for developing tools to further explore this research avenue with more sensitive measurements and improved data collection.

Robot

The Internet of Things

Building upon work done by a former lab colleague, I have developed a powerful tool for use in the identification and characterization of the processes in my model system. A major advantage of this development is its improved sensitivity, which allows it to detect subtle dynamic property changes in response to my experimental setup.

Scientific Instrumentation

In an effort to gain a better understanding of the ocean, we built a datalogger to investigate the water column with sensors. We are developing real time systems to monitor the ocean.
